Quldra Affiliate Program

Earn bandwidth credits by introducing Quldra to people who care about secure messaging.

How it works

1. Open Quldra and go to Settings → Affiliate Program. Tap Join to receive a permanent 6-character code and an 8-digit dashboard PIN.
2. Share your code with people who might benefit from Quldra. When they install the app and enter your code in their Settings within 7 days, they are attributed to your account.
3. Whenever an attributed user purchases bandwidth, 30% of the bandwidth value is credited to your affiliate balance.
4. Once your balance reaches 1 GB, a Quldra bandwidth credit is automatically issued to your account.
5. Manage your credits and earnings on your dashboard at quldra.com/affiliate/dashboard.

Program terms

• Commission rate. 30% of qualifying bandwidth purchases made by attributed users. No per-user cap.
• Issue threshold. Credits are issued in 1 GB increments. Partial balances roll forward.
• Hold period. Each commission has a 35-day hold from the date of the underlying purchase before it becomes available for issue. This protects against refund reversals.
• Validity. Each issued credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Account ramp. During the first 90 days of an affiliate account, no more than 5 credits are issued per rolling 30-day window. After 90 days, the rate limit no longer applies.

Eligibility

• Self-attribution is not permitted.
• Each Quldra install can be attributed to only one referrer, and the attribution is final.
• Attribution must occur within 7 days of the install registering with the Quldra service.
• Refunded purchases automatically reverse the matching commission.
• Quldra reserves the right to review accounts for fraudulent or abusive activity, and to revoke an affiliate account that violates these terms.

Privacy

Your affiliate code is intended to be shared, and revealing it does not expose any other information about your account. Your dashboard PIN is encrypted at rest and is only ever displayed inside your Quldra app. Public dashboard requests are rate-limited per username and per IP address. Quldra does not publish individual affiliate earnings or referral counts.

Tax treatment

Quldra pays affiliate commissions in the form of bandwidth service credits, not as monetary payments. In many jurisdictions, in-kind service credits are not treated as taxable income. Quldra does not issue tax forms. If you have questions about how this applies to you, please consult a qualified tax professional.

Changes to the program

We may adjust the commission rate, hold period, or eligibility rules with reasonable notice. Credits already issued are honoured under the terms in effect at the time they were earned.

Termination

You can stop participating at any time by no longer sharing your code. Quldra may terminate an affiliate account at its discretion in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. Credits issued in good faith remain valid until their expiry date.
